PRS Guitars ‘Experience PRS’ Event in its Fifth Year

Experience PRS, now in its fifth year, has become one of the largest single-manufacturer events in the music industry. This event, held each September at PRS Guitars’ manufacturing facility in Stevensville, MD, hosts a unique combination of authorized PRS dealers and international distributors, worldwide press, celebrated PRS artists, and PRS customers and enthusiasts. The number of attendees continues to climb every year, with a new peak of approximately 2,800 people for 2011, with some customers traveling from as far away as Japan and Australia to attend.

Carlos Santana - All Access

Since his legendary performance at the 1969 Woodstock Festival, Carlos Santana has been moving audiences around the world with his rich, warm musical style. There are only a handful of guitarists able to find their signature tone and keep it fresh and relevant over many decades. Santana is one of those few. We had the opportunity to talk to Carlos and his band while they were wrapping up their residency gig at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Carlos's signature guitar tone and how a player can develop his or her own voice were the main topics of the day.
